Practicing Yoga in Thailand was a whole new experience for me. I am very used to the 'western' yoga style, but the way Thais do yoga is very different. Yet I absolutely loved it. It was challenging, sometimes even a little painfull, but it showed me that I can actually go much further beyond my limits and go deeper into the poses than I thought I could. Starting with a new fitness practice can be difficult. You need to find a class you like, a teacher whom you trust and you need to start a new routine from scratch.
